Processing Time

We roast every bag fresh to order. Most orders ship within 1–2 business days of being placed. Coffee is roasted, packaged, and out the door within 24–48 hours so you get it at peak freshness.

Shipping Methods & Times

We currently ship to all 50 US states.

  • Standard Shipping (USPS / UPS): 3–5 business days after processing
  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days after processing

Total delivery time = processing time + transit time. Most US orders arrive within 4–7 business days from order date.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Free or discounted shipping is offered periodically through promotions and subscriptions.

Order Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email the moment your order ships. Check your inbox (and spam folder).

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged, email us at hello@clutchcoffee.co with photos within 7 days. We'll send a replacement at no cost.

If tracking shows delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first. If still missing after 48 hours, contact us and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it.

International Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. International availability is in development.
