Refund & Return Policy

We stand behind every bag of Clutch Coffee. If something's wrong, we'll make it right.

Coffee, Tea, Capsules & Pods

Because coffee is fresh and food-safe items can't be resold once opened, we don't accept returns on opened or used products. However:

  • Damaged in shipping? Email us at hello@clutchcoffee.co with photos within 7 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement free of charge.
  • Wrong product or defective? Email us at hello@clutchcoffee.co within 7 days. We'll replace or refund.
  • Not satisfied with the flavor? Reach out within 10 days. We'll work with you on a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Apparel, Drinkware & Accessories

Unworn, unwashed apparel and unused drinkware can be returned within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in original condition with tags attached.

How to Return

  1. Email hello@clutchcoffee.co with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We'll respond within 1 business day with return instructions.
  3. Once we receive the return, we'll process the refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used coffee, tea, capsules, or pods
  • Opened sample packs
  • Items returned outside the timeframes above
  • Gift cards

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placement. After that, your order may already be in production (we roast to order). Email us right away if you need to make a change and we'll do everything we can.
