3. Products & Pricing
We do our best to display accurate product information, including descriptions, images, and prices. However, we reserve the right to correct errors, change prices, or limit quantities at any time without prior notice. Coffee is roasted to order; specific harvest lots may rotate over time.
4. Orders & Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. Payment is processed securely through our payment partners. You agree to provide accurate billing and shipping information.
5. Shipping & Returns
Shipping and returns are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund & Return Policy. Please review them.
6. Subscriptions
Subscriptions ship on the cadence you select at checkout. You can pause, skip, swap, or cancel anytime through your account or by emailing us. Subscription orders cannot be cancelled once they've entered production (typically 24 hours before the ship date).
7. Product Use Disclaimer
Our coffee, tea, and mushroom-blend products are food and beverage items. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. If you have a medical condition or are pregnant or nursing, consult your healthcare provider before consuming functional ingredients like Lion's Mane, Cordyceps, or Reishi.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on clutchcoffee.co — including text, images, logos, and product photography — is the property of Clutch Coffee and protected by US copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use this content for commercial purposes without written permission.
9. User Content
